    Streetly is a delivery marketplace platform launched in 2025 by eStreet Services. Our mission is to modernise and sustain the British high street by making them more accessible in the digital age. Through Streetly, you can browse, shop, and order from a wide range of independent local shops - all in one place. Unlike other delivery platforms, we don’t rely on distant warehouses or polluting transport. Instead, we work directly with shops on your high street, collecting your orders from their stockrooms - what we like to call the “community warehouse”. Every delivery is made by bicycle using our signature zero-emission eCargo boxes, meaning your shopping isn’t just convenient, it’s better for the planet too. Whether you’re ordering groceries, gifts, or a takeaway coffee, Streetly makes it easy to support local businesses from the comfort of your home.
  • How do I download and sign up for the Streetly app?
    Getting started with Streetly is quick and simple. You can download the app from the Apple App or Google Play stores, or access it directly through our website using any modern device. Once you open the app, just follow the on-screen prompts to create your account. We’ve kept the sign-up process minimal - just your name, email, and a password to get going. Once you’ve added your address, the platform tailors its shop and product listings based on what’s available in your local area. You’ll be discovering brilliant independent retailers near you in no time.
  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?
    Yes, creating an account is required, but we’ve made it as seamless as possible. Your account helps us make sure your order reaches the right place, securely and efficiently. We only ask for essential details like your name, email address, and delivery location. Once your profile is set up, you’ll be able to view your past orders, save multiple addresses, track deliveries in real time, and manage your payment methods with ease. By registering, you’re also helping to create a more connected and responsive local shopping experience, for you and the businesses you support.
  • Is my personal and payment information secure?
    Absolutely. At eStreet Services, your privacy and security are fundamental. We employ industry-standard encryption and work with trusted payment providers to ensure your information remains protected. We don’t store any payment information ourselves - instead, all transactions are processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe. Additionally, we operate under strict data minimisation principles: we only ask for the information we need to complete your order. Your trust matters to us, and we take every step to earn and protect it.
  • Can I shop from multiple stores in one order?
    Yes, and it’s one of the best things about using Streetly. Unlike traditional online shopping experiences where you must place separate orders with different shops, Streetly allows you to add products from multiple local retailers into one convenient basket. This means you can buy your bread from the bakery, flowers from the florist, and coffee from your favourite roaster - all in one go, with one delivery. It saves time, reduces emissions, and brings the joy of the high street straight to your door. Supporting local has never been easier.
  • How do I find local shops near me?
    We’ve designed Streetly with simplicity and discovery in mind. Once you enter your address, the app automatically shows shops and products available within your local delivery area. You can browse by category - such as food, gifts, or home essentials, or use our smart search tool to find exactly what you’re after. If something you select is outside your local zone, we’ll let you know and help you find alternatives nearby. Streetly is built to keep things local and personal, so you’re never more than a few taps away from supporting the shops that make your community unique.
  • What payment methods does Streetly accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. You can securely save your preferred payment methods to your account for faster checkout next time. Payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment platforms, ensuring a secure and seamless transaction every time you shop.
  • What happens if there are issues with my order?
    We know that sometimes things don’t go quite to plan - whether it’s a last-minute stock issue or an unexpected hiccup during delivery. If an item you’ve ordered is no longer available, our system will automatically issue a refund for that item, and you’ll be notified right away. We’re always working with our partner shops to ensure availability is up-to-date, but occasionally stock may vary. For anything unexpected, like missing items, damaged goods, or delivery delays - our customer support team is just a message away. You can reach out via the website, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Your satisfaction and confidence are important to us, and we’re here to ensure every shopping experience on Streetly is a positive one.
  • How does Streetly’s zero-emission delivery work?
    Streetly was built on the principle of sustainable delivery. Every single order is fulfilled by cyclists using our custom-designed, zero-emission eCargo boxes, developed by eStreet Services. Our deliveries operate within a 5km radius of each local partner shop, meaning your items are never travelling far or causing unnecessary pollution. Not only is this better for the environment, it also means faster delivery times, less congestion, and a safer, cleaner experience for everyone in the community. It’s the local delivery model - reimagined for the modern world.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    We offer flexible delivery options to suit your schedule. During checkout, you can choose a delivery slot for the same day or book in advance for a time that works best for you. Our local delivery teams work hard to ensure your order arrives on time. Once it’s on the move, you’ll be able to track its progress through the app. And because we only operate locally, you’re not waiting hours for drivers to travel across town, your goods come straight from the high street to your doorstep.
  • Can I choose my delivery time?
    Yes, absolutely. We believe in giving you full control over when your order arrives. During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to select your preferred delivery date and time slot based on your location and the availability of your chosen shops. Whether you want your delivery in a couple of hours, later that evening, or a few days ahead, Streetly allows you to plan ahead and shop on your own terms.
  • What happens if I miss my delivery?
    We understand that life gets busy, and things don’t always go to plan. If you miss your delivery, our rider will do their best to contact you and find a safe place to leave your order - if that’s possible. Please note that if we’ve successfully delivered your items to a secure location and provided confirmation, we’re unable to offer refunds for missed deliveries. To avoid disappointment, we recommend choosing a time when you’re likely to be in, or leaving clear instructions for a safe drop-off point.
  • How can I join Streetly as a business owner?
    Joining Streetly is easy and we’d love to have you on board. Simply fill out our online partner application form, and a member of the eStreet Services team will get in touch to learn more about your business. We work closely with each of our partners to make sure Streetly fits around your existing setup. Whether you're a shop owner with no digital presence or a more tech-savvy retailer, our goal is to make the process simple and beneficial for both you and your customers.
  • Do I need to be tech-savvy to use the platform as a vendor?
    Not at all. We’ve designed Streetly to be intuitive and easy to use, even if you’re not confident with technology. You’ll be able to manage your shop’s profile, add or update products, track orders, and monitor performance - all from a simple online dashboard. We also integrate with Stripe to manage payments and payouts. You’ll be guided through the process of verifying your business details and choosing how you’d like to get paid. Everything is accessible through the app, and we’re always here to support you if you need help.
  • What type of businesses work best for Streetly?
    Streetly is open to all independent retailers who want to reach their local community in a more modern, efficient way. Whether you run a greengrocer, deli, bakery, flower shop, café or bookshop - we’d love to hear from you. If you’re passionate about what you do and want to bring your products to more people in your area, we’ll help you make the most of the platform.
  • How much does Streetly cost?
    There’s no subscription fee or upfront cost to join Streetly as a partner. Instead, we operate on a small commission basis, which helps us cover operational costs such as technology, support, payment fees and rider logistics. Customers pay a modest service and delivery fee at checkout, and as a business, you’ll only pay when you make a sale. We believe in keeping things fair and transparent, so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
  • Can I provide different levels of access to my team members?
    Yes - you’re in complete control of who can access what within your vendor account. Streetly supports four levels of user access: Full: complete access to the account, including products, orders, and financials Limited: can edit product and order details but not see financial information View: order preparation only, ideal for fulfilment staff None: removes a user’s access completely Team members can join your account by registering on the app, going to ‘Account’, and tapping “Join Partner Team.” Once they enter your unique vendor code, someone with "Full" access wil have to approve their access level before they can see anything.
  • What makes Streetly environmentally friendly?
    Streetly was designed with sustainability at its core. Unlike traditional delivery models, we don’t rely on vans or warehouses located miles away. All our deliveries are completed using bicycles fitted with zero-emission eCargo boxes. We limit our delivery radius to 5km to reduce traffic, air pollution, and carbon emissions. What’s more, we donate 1% of all revenue to Frontier Climate, an initiative committed to permanent carbon removal. So, every order you place helps reduce environmental impact - locally and globally.
  • How does shopping through Streetly support my local community?
    When you shop through Streetly, you're not just placing an order - you’re making a meaningful impact.
