A vendor may contact you about a suitable alternative or remove the unavailable item. You will not be charged for an item that cannot be supplied; any appropriate adjustment or refund will be made to your original payment method.

Streetly keeps approved products visible so you can discover the full range. Products with available stock appear first. If at least one active vendor lists the product, Streetly shows the latest listed price even when its quantity is zero. If no participating vendor currently stocks it, no price is shown and you can request an email update for when it becomes available.

Both use Streetly’s live vendor, product and collection data. Website search quickly filters the loaded catalogue by names, brands, product codes, categories and sellers; the Streetly app also applies its own in-app search and shopping experience when you continue to order.
