These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Streetly platform, operated by eStreet Services Ltd. They apply to both users (customers) and vendors (businesses) using the Streetly marketplace app and website. Please read them carefully.
Streetly is a local delivery marketplace connecting customers with independent businesses. We provide a digital platform for browsing, ordering, and delivering goods and services from multiple vendors.

Customers must create an account to shop and are responsible for using the app appropriately.

Vendors must be registered businesses, manage their listings and transactions, and comply with all legal and platform requirements.

All users agree to treat others respectfully and use Streetly in good faith. Streetly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for breaches, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
User Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and capable of entering legally binding agreements.
2. Account Creation
An account is required to place an order. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Ordering
You can browse and order from multiple vendors in one transaction. Prices, delivery fees, and estimated times are shown at checkout.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe payment provider. You authorise Streetly to charge your chosen payment method for each order.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are coordinated through vendors and third-party couriers. We aim to deliver on time but cannot guarantee timings.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds or cancellations may be available based on vendor and our policies. Requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Streetly reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its discretion.
7. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure systems to protect your personal and payment information.
8. Conduct
You agree: to not harass or threaten vendors, couriers, or staff; to not provide false information or misuse accounts; to not violate applicable laws.
9. Liability
Streetly is not liable for vendor products, delivery delays, or losses resulting from use of the platform.
Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Compliance
You must be a legally registered business or a sole trader. It is your responsibility to:

Keep all business information up to date via your Stripe account.

Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations.

Maintain valid licences and adhere to health, safety, and trading standards.
2. Stripe Integration
Vendors must connect to Stripe to manage payouts, refunds, and business information. You are responsible for ensuring the account remains active and funded.
3. Orders & Fulfilment
You agree to:

Accept, prepare, and fulfil orders promptly.

Package items securely for delivery.

Keep your menu, stock, and hours updated.

Notify us immediately of service disruptions or delays.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If a refund is required and your Stripe balance is insufficient (e.g. due to account emptying), Streetly will issue the refund to the customer. The refunded amount becomes recoverable from you, and we reserve the right to:

Offset future payouts.

Suspend your vendor access until resolved.
5. Fees & Payments
Platform fees will be deducted automatically before payouts. You’ll receive detailed statements through your Stripe dashboard.
6. Business Closure & Updates
If your business closes or temporarily stops trading, you must notify Streetly in writing within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in penalties or permanent removal.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to:

Remove your business listing without notice for violations, fraudulent activity, or poor service.

Suspend access pending investigation.

Terminate your vendor agreement at any time.
8. Use of Branding
You grant Streetly permission to use your business name, logo, and imagery for marketing and platform promotion.
9. Data Use
You may access limited customer order data for service purposes only. Use or storage of personal information must comply with data protection laws such as GDPR.
10. Limitation of Liability
Streetly is not liable for:

Loss of revenue.

Delivery issues.

System downtime.

Customer disputes or dissatisfaction.
