Templegall is a rich, complex, and savoury cheese made by the Hegarty family on their farm in West Cork, Ireland. It is a raw cow's milk cheese, matured for at least 10 months, developing a firm texture and a distinctive nutty, slightly sweet flavour with hints of caramel.
