A loaf celebrating regenerative heritage wheat that is showcasing the wheat grown at Bruern farms. This loaf also includes emmer, wholemeal spelt and rye flours for diversity in flavour and nutrition. Minimally shaped, flattish with diagonal scoring and coated by middling – an upcycled byproduct of the milling process. Nutritional information is per 100g.
