A benchmark of quality, Bollinger Special Cuvée is the House's signature champagne. It's a blend of three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, with a high proportion of reserve wines. This champagne has a rich, complex aroma with notes of ripe apple, brioche, and a hint of toasted almond. On the palate, it's full-bodied and creamy with a long, satisfying finish.
