Grey Mullet 1kg

Currently out of stock

Superb quality, wonderful taste and great selection! Grey Mullet has a wonderfully firm texture that holds well when grilled or steamed whole. A nutty flavour like crustaceans. If you like lobster and crab, you should give it a try! It is a great source of selenium, iodine, omega 3, phosphorus and vitamin B6.
