Ticklemore is a semi-hard goat's milk cheese from Devon, England. It has a firm, crumbly texture and a distinctive, tangy flavour with hints of citrus and nuts. Matured for several months, it develops a beautiful pale rind and a rich, complex taste. Perfect for a cheese board or grating.
