Parmigiano San Pietro is a hard, granular cheese made from unpasteurised cow's milk. It has a complex, nutty flavour with hints of fruit and a savoury finish. Aged for a minimum of 24 months, it develops a rich aroma and a crumbly texture, perfect for grating or enjoying in chunks.
