Baguette; made from a diverse variety of wheats; plenty of thin, chewy crust; hand scored with open bursts. Golden brown, blistered crust, with traditional scoring for natural burst. Thin, chewy crust. Crumb is off white and speckled with wholegrains. Irregular porous crumb throughout. Taste is gently sour, with deeper subtle hints of grains. Made with a combination of sourdough starter and yeast. Nutritional info is per 100g.
