St Jude is a small, bloomy-rind cheese made by the Whitewood Dairy in North Dorset. It's a soft, lactic cheese with a delicate, lemony flavour and a creamy texture that melts in the mouth. The cheese is made with unpasteurised cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
