Whin Yeats Wensleydale is a traditional Wensleydale cheese made by Joe and Jo Clark in North Yorkshire. It's a firm, crumbly cheese with a distinctive sweet, nutty flavour and a hint of citrus. Aged for 6-9 months, it develops a rich, complex taste that pairs wonderfully with fruit and ale.
