This Speyside single malt was the first of its kind when it was launched as the only fully certified organic single malt Scotch whisky, meeting rigorous UK Soil Association standards for growing the ingredients, distillation, maturation and bottling. Matured in virgin oak casks and bottled at 46% abv. The nose is sweet and malty, with vanilla toffee and banana emerging. The palate is creamy with cracked pepper and sweet fruits, before a smooth and long finish.
