At Roots & Wings they believe in using traditional recipes using only the finest ingredients lovingly crafted to create great tasting products. Two varieties of whole organic redcurrants have been gently stirred by hand in traditional copper pans to create a deeply rich redcurrant sauce bursting with fruit and flavour. They add organic Fonseca port which has been matured in wood for at least five years and has a great depth of flavour.
