All our grassfed lamb has come from organic lambs that are free to roam on our beautiful Leicestershire farm. We manage our land organically without the use of fertilisers and pesticides. We pro-activively managee our livestock and use organic techniques to ensure that our lambs get a pasture based diet which prevents the need for routine medicines and anti-biotics. All our ewes and lambs live on a 100% pasture diet; 100% grassfed (no supplimentary grain) and both the land and the lambs are certified Organic. Merguez is a red, mildly spiced lamb-based fresh sausage originally from Maghrebi cuisine. It is also popular in the Middle East and Europe, having become particularly popular in France and in French cuisine. Our organic grass fed lamb is naturally high in a wide range of nutrients that are beneficial to health. Our expert team prepare the meat as you desire and these organic merguez lamb sausages are ideal for all occasions. Pack size: 450g.
