Nidelven Blå is a Norwegian blue cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk. It has a rich, creamy texture and a strong, spicy flavour with a hint of sweetness. The cheese is matured for at least 6 months, developing a beautiful blue veining and a distinctive aroma. Perfect for a cheese board or crumbled into salads.
