Information about Smoked Scotch Salmon After being wild-caught in Scotland's cool waters and lakes, these Atlantic salmons are carefully smoked by experts full of experience. Their flavour is recognizable by the use of oak barrels and old whisky barrels used in the process. Scottish Smoked Salmon also undergo dry-curing and cold-smoking procedures. Scottish Smoked Salmon's Taste Scotch Smoked salmon have orange and pink clour with tender and buttery flesh. It is highly recommended to try them with scrambled eggs or with sushi.
