St Bede is a beautiful, washed-rind cheese made by Joe Schneider in Somerset. It's washed in cider, giving it a distinctive orange rind and a rich, savoury flavour with a hint of fruitiness. The paste is soft and yielding, with a wonderful aroma. Perfect for a cheese board or melted into dishes.
