Pevensey Blue is a distinctive blue cheese made by Patricia and Michael of the Traditional Cheese Dairy in East Sussex. It's a semi-soft, unpasteurised cow's milk cheese with a rich, complex flavour profile. The cheese is matured for at least six weeks, developing a beautiful blue veining and a creamy texture that melts in the mouth. It's perfect for a cheese board or crumbled into salads.
