Yr Afr is a unique cheese from Wales, made by the Aberystwyth Cheese Company. It's a semi-hard, washed-rind cheese with a distinctive aroma and a rich, savoury flavour. Aged for at least 3 months, it develops a complex taste profile with notes of nuts and earth. Perfect for cheese boards or cooking.
