In the sunny (well, sunnier) South West of England, this blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier comes together for a scintillating organic wine that has a surprising amount of character for a such a youthful 2015 vintage. Even with just four years maturation on lees, it carries plenty of complexity to its flavour, promising more in years to come.
