Stonebeck Wensleydale is a traditional, farmhouse Wensleydale cheese made by the Atkinson family at Low Riggs Farm in North Yorkshire. It's a firm, crumbly cheese with a clean, slightly sweet, and nutty flavour, developing a more complex, savoury character with age. Made with unpasteurised cow's milk and traditional rennet.
