‘Cuvee …?’, Domaine des Hauts Chassis, Saint-Joseph. Fragrant, with dark fruit puree, peppery notes and a subtle hint of violet. Velvety in texture, the palate is rich, with leather and mulberry nose. Peppery, leathery, powerful plum notes. Balsamic and liquorice. Elegant, with a lingering finish and great depth, this wine has the potential to age for another 5-6 years.
