Baron Maxime Cote D'Aix en Provence Rosé, 75cl - Planted on clay and limestone, the vines are grown in France on semi-hills of 350 metres east-west oriented. The harvests are made at optimum ripeness of the grapes for a better balance and better concentration of wine. The variety of grape includes 70% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Selected and bottled by the Double family from the highly regarded Coteaux d'Aix estate Château de Beaupré.
